Swell

Rays of sunshine enter my room
Wake me from my sleep
A great morning, outside's calling
Drags me out of bed

Grab my surfboard, no time to waste
Cruise out to the beach
The waves look good, I run down
I can't wait to get wet

The juice is colder than I thought
As I paddle out back
After being dumped
I make it past the breakers at last

From out at sea waves are forming
I look for the one
Here it comes, I catch it
Then stand up; I have no fear

I have no fear, just a natural high
This is what it's all about, nothing else matters
The waves look beautiful, glistening in the sun
As one towers above me, time stands still
